Paradise City opened in 2017 on reclaimed land beside Incheon International Airport, the first integrated resort in South Korea, developed as a joint venture between a Korean casino group and a Japanese partner. A shuttle runs from the terminals in a few minutes.

The complex includes an art gallery with large-scale contemporary works, a water park, a club and a convention centre. Like all but one Korean casino, the gaming floor admits foreign passport holders only.
