2004 Opened
Fallsview opened in 2004 on the escarpment above the Horseshoe Falls, replacing the temporary Casino Niagara as Ontario's flagship in the area. Much of the gaming floor and the attached theatre look directly onto the falls, which is the property's principal distinction.
The complex includes a hotel, a 1,500-seat theatre used for touring acts, a retail galleria and a conference centre. Ontario owns the gaming business; a private operator runs the property under a long-term bundle agreement.
