Resorts World Sentosa
Resorts World Sentosa opened in 2010 on the island resort south of the city centre, and was the first of Singapore's two licensed casinos to begin trading. The complex is built around attractions rather than a single tower: a theme park, an aquarium, a water park, several hotels and a convention centre.
The casino occupies a comparatively modest footprint within that programme, as the licence requires. The property has been through a multi-billion-dollar expansion tied to the extension of its licence, adding attractions and hotel inventory.
