Caesars opened on the Boardwalk in 1979, the second casino licensed in Atlantic City, and carries the same Roman scheme as its Las Vegas namesake in a much smaller footprint. It connects to the Playground retail pier, built out over the ocean.
The property was refurbished in the early 2020s as part of a wider investment programme across the operator's three Atlantic City casinos, with rooms, restaurants and the sportsbook rebuilt.
